The smsm.ph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirement established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gambling activities in the Philippines. By registering an account on smsm.ph, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
Age Verification: smsm.ph will require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authorities. This policy exists to protect minors from exposure to gambling.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the smsm.ph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. smsm.ph does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the smsm.ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. smsm.ph employs technology to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts may be forfeited at smsm.ph's sole discretion.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by smsm.ph for identity verification purposes. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. smsm.ph is not liable for any consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smsm.ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. smsm.ph support staff will never ask for your password or OTP code. Any communication requesting these details should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported to smsm.ph immediately.
You must notify smsm.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of account security. smsm.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you notify us of the breach, provided that such loss does not result from smsm.ph's own negligence or willful misconduct.
smsm.ph reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or as part of ongoing regulatory compliance procedures. Acceptable documents include government-issued Philippine identification (PhilSys national ID, UMID, driver's license, or valid passport). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.
smsm.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfers as listed in the platform's Cashier section. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on the smsm.ph platform is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Cashier section.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) smsm.ph's anti-money laundering checks. Most GCash withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. smsm.ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your name — are prohibited. smsm.ph reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
Currency: All smsm.ph transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). smsm.ph does not charge currency conversion fees, as the platform operates exclusively in PHP. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside smsm.ph's control.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by smsm.ph are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Bonus funds and free spins that remain unclaimed or are not used within the expiry period specified in individual promotion terms will be automatically removed from the account. smsm.ph will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

The outcome of all RNG-based (Random Number Generator) games on the smsm.ph platform is determined by certified random number generation systems. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the expected long-term statistical return and does not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, smsm.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet stake to the player's account. smsm.ph is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside our direct control, including network connectivity issues on the player's side.

smsm.ph's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit smsm.ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
smsm.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at smsmph.club/privacy-policy. By using the smsm.ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
smsm.ph complies with applicable Philippine data privacy requirements, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have consented, for marketing communications.
smsm.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, smsm.ph will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the contact details on record. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the smsm.ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.
smsm.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the player's account is subject to a legal or regulatory inquiry; (d) the player's activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming practices; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Where an account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion, smsm.ph will return the account balance to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, smsm.ph reserves the right to forfeit the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may voluntarily close your smsm.ph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to applicable terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact the smsm.ph support team to attempt an informal resolution. smsm.ph is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.
If you believe a game outcome or transaction was processed incorrectly, you must submit a formal dispute to smsm.ph within thirty (30) days of the event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
